That's me in a McLaren...

It's been a terribly long time since I've last posted, because I am just too lazy...

All right, it's going to be the beginning of a whole new year again and I hope it will be a great year for me and all my loved ones...

Christmas has come and gone, and soon the New Year will too... And I have to say my favourite present this Christmas comes from my grandmother, although I chose it myself. Haha. Two books, consisting of 'Hitler' by Ian Kershaw and 'The Story of Tata Steel', essentially a book about a company. At this period of time, I have come to realise that I quite love reading, especially on succesful people and firms. I like to learn from them, even if it means just gaining one thing from a whole book. I also have a habit of buying 2 versions of the same person I am reading on. For example, I would get an autobiography of Richard Branson, but I would then also get a biography on him, so that I can read both sides of the story and compare it, and see what kind of a person he actually is. Same goes for Hitler. I bought Mein Kampf some time ago, and now I've got the biography on him. In case you don't know, an autobiography is a book written by the subject matter himself and a biography is a book written by someone else, from that person's point of view. So, autobiographies tend to be a little biased towards the subject matter.

I'm now currently reading on Michael O'Leary, who made Ryannair, the budget airline, successful, and I can't wait to finish in order to start on my next book. I went to HMV on Christmas eve and I saw a number of books that I want to get my hands on... So, on pay day.... Haha.

What a beauty eh?

Ok, till next time, Ciao!

Ok, think it's time to update. Since I'm rather bored now, and it's been some time since I've last posted.

After some discussions with my camp mates, think I'm gonna try to run longer distances, like 5 or 6km each time, but at a much slower pace. The idea is to get the body exercising for a much longer time, thus burning fats instead of simply improving your fitness. So I guess I'll start some time soon, in order to get rid of my body fats.

Speaking of which, I wonder if I still have a baby-face. I had a baby-face one la, which meant that people would think I look much younger, like, 16 or 17 while in reality I'm 20. But then, some people told me very recently that I look like, 22, 23?? I have to say I'm in shock. I look so old meh? Extremely sian. Sigh... I think it's because from a young age, I have always wanted to grow up quick, to be like a businessman, or wear businessman-style clothes. Maybe, over the years, my dressing sense became like that, thus causing me to look too mature. On the other hand, maybe this can allow me to attract older ladies. Hahaha... Cos since young I've always found older women more attractive... Lol...

And, my F1 Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Tee has finally arrived! Woohoo! My goodness, how I love that tee. But, I've spent a total of about S$120, including shipping costs, for this tee. Think I must wear it very often to make it worthwhile.. But, that tee is just so nice la, although my parents said it is very ugly. Sian. Haha.. And I feel like buying another same tee, but different colour one. Still considering though, cos it's another S$120.. And I still need to get a wallet, not because I want one, but because my current wallet is too damaged and may just break anytime...

And, I really thank God man.. Cos that time on Friday, me and my friends went to drink, because of some army event, and my face turned extremely red. But then, still have to meet church friends after that. And so, thank God nothing happened on the way to meeting them. I must remind myself not to do such a thing again...

I love tigers or more accurately, big cats, including cheetahs, leopards, tigers, pumas, etc... So, enjoy this picture of a White Tiger!

Till then, to The Ng Organisation and The Twenty-third Corporation!!

It's been a few weeks again since I've last posted so I guess it's the right time to do a update...
Recently, my unit called me to say I've been shortlisted for an interview for a sergeant course, but it was not compulsory. I rejected it, and the officer told me the next day that I was blacklisted cos I rejected it. Huh?! Sian... Lol.. Thank God, till now, no problems whatsoever yet with this...

I bought a shirt about 2 weeks ago on the net from Amazon, thru 3rd party shops, then waited for 2 weeks, and I saw my bank balance, money returned to me.. Sian! That shirt damn nice one la.. It's a Vodafone McLaren Mercedes Tee la.. Cost about $100 excluding shipping.. Maybe God's will, ask me not to waste money.. lol.. And so I guess I need a new wallet soon, since my current one is extremely cui, but still can use la.. Haha!

And talking about heart.sports, I just want to say lor, it's not that I go into every game wanting to pick a fight la. I only retaliate, not provoke. It's just that, whenever I am provoked in the game, I find it necessary to hit back at the person. It might sound aggressive, but, I just somehow feel that it is only fair that I do it back to him. Sigh, sounds childish, but I've already decided to try to control myself in future... I've also already decided to stay out of trouble, by not participating in games that are high-risk of trouble starting, such as rugby!! Haha, but as Vincent and Pastor said, don't care what others say, just play your own game and that's it. Wa, feel so encouraged and touched, and thought that Pastor would be unhappy with me... Choo Chye and Zhiwei also said, even if people provoke me, just don't care and do your own thing, play your own game. I think I'll do just that at the next heart.sports..

I recently also remembered a secondary school History test that I did, which till today, I disagree with my teacher and I still feel I have the evidence to back my argument. See this.
The question was basically, Why Japan had to invade South-east Asia (SEA)? One of my arguments was, because SEA was a stepping stone to Australia and New Zealand, which they had wanted to attack right from the start. Under their proposal, the Co-prosperity sphere, in which countries will be united together under the Japanese, where Japan is something like the Colonial Master, Australia and New Zealand was INCLUDED in this plan. This shows of Japanese intention to attack Australia and New Zealand. As such, SEA was needed in order to attack them as the distance from Japan to Australia is too large to launch any attack. Thus, SEA would act as a base of sorts to attack Australia. Furthermore, evidence shows that Japanese submarines did surface in Australia and cities such as Newcastle was shelled. Australian ships were also sunked by Japanese submarines, further proving Japanese intention to invade Australia and New Zealand.
But, despite showing evidence to my teacher, she still rejected it, saying this answer is wrong. So, sian!! Haha, after about 3, 4 years, I'm surprised I can still remember this... Haha..

And as you can see from the picture below, I love driving!!!

That's me, having fun in the Picanto!!

Ok.... I think I wrote too much in this post already.. Guess I'll continue on in my next post... Haha.. Till then, to The Twenty-third Corporation!

It's been about a couple of weeks already since my last post... Thank God, I'm still very much alive and well!
Actually, there's nothing much to talk about, since my life is more or less routine.. Going to work on weekdays, and off on weekends. Lol..
Well, my favourite F1 driver, Fernando Alonso, has won 2 races in a row! Woohoo!! And I find him very good-looking..
I've also been running quite often lately, but my legs just can't take it man.. Think I'm getting old already.. And my physiotherapist told me it was due to not warming up whenever I played sports when I was young. Sigh..
Updates: my business plan is very much on schedule and should be, and will be, accomplished in approximately 1.5 years time.
Sounds very long I know, but this plan was actually first thought of more than a year ago.. So, it's just another 1.5 years..? haha.. More and more ideas keep coming up and I am simply so excited about this. Business is my life and I just love doing it. At the same time, I still hope to complete my uni studies, studying History.. Wonder if I would still have the mood to study for 4 years if my business takes off? Hope God will guide me through..
Nowadays whenever me, Vincent and the rest go out, really have no idea where to go man.. It's like, most of the places already went before lor.. So still got where? Now, have to go to parks already lor.. That time went to Pierce then 2 days ago went to MacRitchie.. And both times unfortunately, I dozed off on the park bench, knocked out. Lol. And Alvin was so scared when I drove them home after that trip to Pierce Reservoir.. Haha!
Not that I want to say la, but every time after H.S, always go to 925 for dinner.. Sian or not? Wa lao, really cannot tahan sia.. Please change la... Lol..
Oh ya. And I have joined the Pact. Have you? Please, don't drink and drive. Join the Pact, at JointhePact.com, I did.

Last but not least, to The Ng Organisation and The Twenty-third Corporation!

It's been a long time since I've last written on this online diary... Simply too lazy and can't be bothered.. Lol..
It's been fine all this while, thank God. A few days ago, I almost knocked down someone when he just ran out from nowhere. Thank God for blessing me with observant eyes and good reflexes on my feet and hands, that I was able to horn and jam my brakes at the same time. Thank God greatly he saw me and stopped running, or else........
I realised that I am very interested in the magazine industry and I like to buy different types of magazines such as, TIME, Newsweek, WheelsAsia, F1 Magazine, World War 2, Smart Investor, just to name more than a few. Guess this is the reason why I want to start a magazine so much, despite the odds being against me.
I've also realised over time that I only have a few strong interests and that's it. Football, Driving, Business and History. This means that I am quite a boring person. Sian... Lol.
About the Bintan trip, it was quite all right actually. Was exactly like the Phuket trip, minus Esther, plus a few friends instead. Haha.. Nothing much to say about this trip already.. Lol.
Sian... Due to unrealistic projections, the trip to Europe is scrapped, and is now instead changed to a former British Colony, Australia. Oh well, at least it's related to the British. Haha! Hopefully the adjusted budget of S$3000 can be achieved in less than 2 years. We shall see then!!
Australia, here we come!!!!!

The past week has been quite all right for me... Nothing much to do at work, and just enjoying myself with my friends and family during the weekends.
But I was so happy when Esther showed me a newspaper clip. It stated, that the govt is planning to lower the age restriction of registering a business from 21 to 18. Wohoo!! This means one of my wishes is going to be fulfilled earlier than planned. The name of my business? The Ng Organisation.

Over the weekend, Bryan suddenly liked Viva la Vida so much, that I went back to hear it again, and again, and again... Next year Create we will sing this song.. Steady.. Haha..
Then on Sunday, after Chinese service, gotta register for church camp, then went to have breakfast with lao de, wei xiang, trina. Planned on going home after that, but kena dragged to go english service. Wa lao, felt so sian, have to attend 2 adult services.. First time in my life man.. But, surprisingly, enjoyed the sermon leh.. Haha.. Thanks to Trina..

Today, went to eat outside and chanced upon a magazine in Popular and bought it on impulse. Haha. How am I going to save money like that leh? Sian... But then again, expected, since I'm a very impulsive person, act first, think later. Lol...

As you can see, this magazine costs $11.90... But it can't be helped, since I simply love history so much!
And I'm actually contemplating subscribing to this magazine, which would actually mean a lower average cost... Btw, I have actually subscribed to TIME, which cost me some $100+? I wonder why I like mags so much, that I also want my first business to be a magazine.

To The Ng Organisation!!

It's my first post and I guess I should say things that interest me... I aim to tour Western Europe in 2010 with a group of friends, visiting Britain, France and Germany. I adore Great Britain and their culture, David Beckham, Manchester United, Winston Churchill, The Beatles. France has the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. Germany is a place where many historical events took place. These are just a few of the many reasons I wish to visit those countries. I sure hope that in less than 2 years, I would have saved enough to go on The Holiday!

Great Britain, here I come!!!
